Divine Code: Rage Testimony, Vol. 1 is a physical, artist-signed 8-track experimental rage rap gospel project from Rebel G Society, presented with the nostalgic character of underground bootleg CDs, independent mixtapes, and hand-made releases.
Every physical copy is individually signed and features original hand-drawn elements directly on the disc by Daryl Boothe aka Rebel G Society. Symbols, sketches, markings, and artistic imperfections vary from copy to copy, making every disc a unique piece of Rebel G Society art.
Musically, Divine Code: Rage Testimony, Vol. 1 is built from faith, struggle, rebellion, and redemption. Distorted 808s, aggressive trap drums, futuristic synths, atmospheric textures, melodic Auto-Tune, electronic experimentation, and gospel-inspired vocals collide to create something simultaneously chaotic and spiritual.
Rather than following the traditional gospel formula, Divine Code explores faith through the intensity and energy of modern rage music. Each of the album's eight tracks represents another chapter of the testimony, moving through pressure, temptation, doubt, perseverance, spiritual warfare, self-reflection, and the search for divine purpose.
Sacred themes exist alongside distorted vocals, explosive bass, hypnotic melodies, dark harmonies, and unpredictable arrangements. Worship, pain, confidence, doubt, and rebellion all occupy the same sonic world.
This isn't traditional gospel. It's a testimony delivered through distortion.
